Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
